REALLOCATION RECOMMENDED PRIOR TO END OF FEBRUARY: Usually I send updates out on the weekend, but two things coincided with each other to warrant a Friday release. The first was that yesterday the S&P 500 closed above its 50 day moving average, thereby breaking a resistance level to the upside. The second is that we still have one exchange remaining in February and we want to take advantage of that. Therefore, we’re recommending a slight increase in the F fund and also allocating 20 percent to the equity (C/S/I) funds.
