2014 closed down but first week of 2015 trading expected to show renewed market strength
S fund now favored over F fund allocation due to improved performance rankings
International I fund remains weak and less attractive for TSP participants
First of all, Happy New Year to all!! All told, the last week of 2014 closed out on a down note, but hopefully the first full week of Wall Street trading will bring renewed strength. As such, we are flip-flopping the allocations between the "S" and "F" funds from 20/30 to 30/20, which is also based on their performance rankings. International funds are still weak.
