Another nice week in the markets with the Dow closing above 18,000 and the S&P 500 above 2,100. Both the Small Cap (S) and International (I) funds remain at the top of the performance rankings. The has been a minor shift between the Common Stock and Fixed Income fund, but not enough to use up one of the two allocations allowed per month. We'll see what happens during the upcoming "income taxes due" week.
