What a week!! China devalued their currency and world markets reacted. On Monday and Tuesday the Dow was down and then again on Wednesday it had lost another 277 points. Around noon the Dow reversed itself and wound up even for the day, and then slightly up for the week. Given this resiliency, we\'re increasing equity allocation to 60 percent.
