Brussels terrorist attacks caused S and I funds to drop back into negative performance
Recommendation to move holdings from volatile stock funds into safer F bond fund
One trading opportunity remains in March to adjust portfolio positioning
While the area in front of the Brussels Stock Exchange transitioned into a memorial site, recent events did have a negative effect on small and international funds. Both the S and I performance rankings dipped slightly back into negative territory. That said, and since we do have one trade remaining in March, we recommend “polishing the apple” and move 5 percent from both of those funds into the F fund.
