S&P 500 closed at record high of 4,549, signaling continued market strength
Both C Fund and S Fund achieved new record highs this week on Wednesday
Record highs across multiple funds triggered a recommended portfolio adjustment
In last weeks update I said stand by for mid-week alert if the S&P 500 makes a new record high. Well, today the S&P 500 closed at 4549 for a new record high. Additionally, the underlying index of the S fund (^DWCPF) today also hit a new record high. While the TSP funds usually march in step with their underlying indices, both the S and C funds actually made new record highs on Wednesday. As such, we are recommending the following reallocation.
